Who am I?
I’m Jennifer. I have a passion for building confidence, developing people’s skills and abilities, and above all, for making a difference.
I love what I do.
What do I teach?
I facilitate content in the D&I, Leadership and Professional Skills space. With subjects ranging from Unconscious Bias, Leading Inclusively, Management Essentials, Presentation Skills, Communication Styles, Presence, and Time Management (among others), I use my theater background coupled with my long history in the corporate world to create a safe and creative environment for professionals to learn and challenge themselves.
And they have a little fun, too.
Who are my clients?
I have the great fortune to work across multiple industries and geographies with clients like Amdocs, Bloomberg, David Yurman, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Sesame Workshop, Viacom and Wix, among others.
What’s my background?
I have degrees in both Vocal Performance and American History from Boston University. I have worked for corporations and in theaters across America. In my corporate work, I’ve coached executives at Goldman Sachs, and trained employees at all levels across Bloomberg L.P. I’ve spent many happy years on stage, and many happy years in conference rooms.
There are a surprising number of synergies there.
What else?
I am accredited in Emotional Intelligence, Insights, MBTI and Situational Leadership. I am also an ACC ICF Certified Coach. I have a deep and abiding love for most Microsoft Office products and am currently going through the Microsoft Office Expert Certification in Excel and PowerPoint.
In my spare time, I volunteer with New York Cares and Sing for Your Seniors.
The way to my heart is to rescue / buy / show me a picture of an animal.
